"Return process was a bit slower than I expected"
I ordered from myprotein.com and, to be fair, the products themselves were fine. The return process was just... a little more hassle than I thought it would be. Customer service did get back to me, but not exactly quickly, and I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I’d hoped. I’d maybe order again, but I do think the returns could be made easier

Reading between the lines, this was exactly the kind of order you want: no drama, no chasing, and no weird delays. I got the updates along the way, the parcel turned up quickly, and everything arrived in good shape

"Nice flavour, no unnecessary sweetness"
I’ve been happy with this. The taste is nice without being overly sweet, which I appreciate because that extra sugary flavour is unnecessary. It mixes quite well too, though if I shake it too quickly I do get a few little bits here and there. Nothing major though. Overall, I’d definitely buy it again.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this protein has been working well for me. The quality feels better than I thought it would. It’s not perfect or anything—well, it’s still good overall. I’ve been happy with it so far.

"I’ve ordered from Myprotein a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Myprotein a few times now, and the value has been solid. There’s usually some kind of discount running, and the protein lasts me a long time, so for the price I can’t really complain. That said, if the deals stopped or the prices crept up too much, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.
