Based on my refund waiting time I rate 4

Ordered the same set twice
1 x size small - did not fit me at all
1 x medium - fit me but not flexible enough so I found it uncomfortable and send it back

I then ordered a completely different set and I am quite happy with it !

I sent my unwanted items back and those were received at My Protein depot by 29/12/2020


My refund was only processed 8/01 and 09/01/2021

I appreciate it can take up to 14 days
But I don’t quite understand why is a reputable company holding my money whilst they have their goods ?

This process should be a lot quicker !!

I have used other companies and the moment I send the QR code I have been given I received my refund within 24h

I genuinely think it’s unreasonable time to capitalise on funds that aren’t yours ? Perhaps earning money off the interest !!

So that’s why it’s a 4**** not a five

I had been using flavourless protein powder and wanted to buy vanilla so used a discount code and my order arrived quickly and it tastes fantastic I love it. Only negative was my second purchase was delayed compared to the speed of first delivery. Very happy to use myprotein. Great value

A good source of protein, inexpensive nutrition for athletes, high-quality and optimal, I usually buy a lot at once

I ordered protein shakes and diet supplements, and they are good quality. The items arrived well on time but I don't think I can buy from there again due to the fact that the shipping cost is way too pricey and I can't afford that every time. Would have to find another health supplement website with a lower shipping cost
